The energy on PEI before and during setting day is so unique and special to the east coast.
People get up at the very wee hours of the morning when it’s still dark out, to see off our incredible lobster fisherman and women. They leave the harbours in a parade of fishing boats and set off to set their traps to kick off a season of lobster fishing!
I myself have never gone to a setting day, but hope to one day!
